Hi, I’m Jess Carins — a Registered Nurse and Functional Health Coach dedicated to helping women and millennials stress less, restore energy, and live with intention.
With over 15 years’ experience in healthcare and certifications in mindfulness, meditation teaching, nutrition, mindset coaching and energy medicine, I offer a deeply holistic and evidence‑informed approach to health and wellbeing. My work blends functional health principles with practical coaching tools to help you calm your nervous system, create sustainable habits, and reconnect with your purpose.

If you’re ready to move beyond quick fixes and finally create meaningful, consistent change — this is for you. The Transform Me Program is a six‑week guided health and wellness coaching experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, reset your nervous system, and realign with what truly matters.
Each week, we explore the foundations of sustainable wellbeing — mindfulness, mindset, purpose, nutrition, movement, sleep, goal setting, habits and connection — with practical tools you can actually use in daily life.
With intakes capped at 10 participants per round, you’ll get the close attention, structure, and encouragement needed to embed real change — physically, mentally and emotionally.
