3 × 60 min sessions provides personalised support to help you achieve your health and well-being goals. The first session involves a comprehensive assessment of your current habits, lifestyle and goals. Together we will set clear goals, identify blocks or patterns and work on your mindset to create lasting change. You will receive practical strategies and guidance towards enhances wellbeing.

A 6 week ‘Transform Me' program , involving 1 x weekly group online session, a 1/2hr biweekly 1:1 with myself and full access to my 250 page Wellbeing Companion EBook for FREE. We touch on topics such as mindfulness, mindset, purpose and connection, self discovery, goal setting, habits, physical health- nutrition, exercise and sleep, manifestation and limiting beliefs. Intakes are capped at 10 participants each program.

No. Coaching is forward-focused and supportive, but it’s not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you're dealing with trauma, a licensed therapist is the best place to start.
